MANARA is a network of Arab civil organizations devoted to safeguarding the rights of children by augmenting their knowledge and experience, surveilling child rights in the Arab world, and determining whether the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child is being maintained in the Arab region. Its ambition is to build an Arab society conducive to children.
